Peter Blackman started a partnership in 1975 as Graphic Design Associates, specializing in interior and exterior wall graphics and product design for Burns of Boston. In 1981, he started Blackman Designs specializing in Air Brush Art, Business Card and Logo Design, Gold Leafing,  Pinstriping, Truck Lettering and Vinyl Graphics. Peter Blackman is well known for his airbrushing & pinstriping craftsmanship on automobiles and motorcycles. He is also skilled in Gold & Silver Leafing. Peter Blackman is always adding additional techniques and challenges to be competitive in the industry. Blackman Design has established a client base around retail stores such as Macy’s and Bloomingdales, New England Police and Fire Departments and many other contractors and companies throughout the U.S. & Canada.      In 1976, Peter Blackman started training in traditional Okinawa Uechi Ryu karate. Today he is a 7th degree Master and is still training and teaching private self defense sessions and teaching advanced black belts. Side interests include oil on canvas, and photography.  Both of these two have brought him honorable mentions and Best in Show achievements.
